Dog Poisoner is Back.

The last few days we have seen the return of the Bowen Road dog poisoner, already claiming up to 200 pets in more than a DECADE on the loose....

It makes me wonder why this happens every year and for so long? Why the Hong Kong government or SPCA do no further to investigate this case, monitor and track the person(s) down? How much longer will this go on where countless of loving pets get killed for no reason every year?

A possible suggestion is for under-cover police officers or SPCA team to be posted over-night for a period of a week on Bowen Road. Installation of camera's in this area would also be a good idea. If it is a known fact that a high dosage of pesticide laced meat is used to kill the dogs, what brand? What does it look like? Can it be easily obtained? These questions remain unanswered to the general public. Would it be possible that someone working in the pest control department or a company be doing this since I've seen them with huge tanks drowning plants at the end of Po Shan Road, the smell is unbearable. I think not, so why is it taking more than a decade and no closer to catch this sick killer?
